We would love to have family and friends share our condo with us.
It is a beautiful 3 BR, 2 Bath, 1500 sq ft condo at 135th street, oceanside, one block from the beach. Sleeps 10 in beds.
In the past few years, the exterior of the building has been completely refurbished, the roof has been replaced, and it looks great.
The elevators were recently fully refurbished and new windows and sliding glass doors were installed.
Our unit has been completely gutted and renovated and has the following amenities:
65” HDTV with MASN, etc in living room
Free Wifi
Indoor heated pool
Master BR: 1 King bed, w 50” UHD Smart TV
BR2: 1 Queen Bed, 1 Full bed w 39" Smart TV
BR3: 4 Twin beds (bunk beds) w 2 32" Smart TV
For friends, we will also include beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc, that are in a locked closet. Linens are available as well.
